The Heart Behind the Care
Compassion and Care Solutions wasn't born in a boardroom--it was born at the bedside.

After years of working in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities, our founders—a Registered Nurse and her long-time friend and CNA—saw a troubling trend. They watched the healthcare system shift toward "numbers and bottom lines," often at the expense of the actual people being cared for.

Frustrated by the growing gap in quality care and the lack of individual attention for the elderly, they decided to stop wishing for a better system and start building one.

A Message From Our Founders

​Choosing someone to come into your home—or the home of a loved one—is one of the most significant decisions a family can make. We know, because we’ve been on the front lines of healthcare for years, and we’ve seen exactly what happens when that choice is treated like a transaction instead of a relationship.
​We started Compassion and Care Solutions because we reached a breaking point. As a Registered Nurse and an CNA, we spent our careers in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. We saw the "big healthcare" system becoming increasingly focused on bottom lines and speed, often leaving the most important thing behind: the person.

We're also joined by Jason, our Handyman Specialist, who spent years maintaining nursing facilities and now brings his expertise directly to your front door.
We knew that our seniors deserved better. ​They deserve to age in place with dignity, to be cared for by faces they recognize, and to live in homes that are safe and modified for their changing needs.
